Senior Product Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities based on customer needs, market opportunities, financial KPIs, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead robotics and automation products from concept through discovery, prototyping, customer validation, pilot, commercialization, and end-of-life.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including robotics, perception and sensing, machine learning, and autonomous systems, turning early-stage concepts into scalable products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across robotics, mechatronics, hardware, embedded and application software, design, and quality assurance.
• Address integrated hardware-software development challenges involving synchronized releases, motion and controls, safety, field reliability, testing, and serviceability.
• Engage customers, partners, engineering, marketing, sales, product enablement, and support teams to align priorities and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably with hardware-intensive, robotics, or automation products.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering products combining hardware and software.
• Direct experience with robotics, automation, or complex electromechanical systems, plus knowledge of supply chain, logistics, intralogistics, or warehouse fulfillment.
• Demonstrated success taking 0-to-1 products from concept and early-customer validation through prototype development and commercial launch.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, customer research, and problem-solving skills.
