Senior Product Manager (Quantum Computing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Espoo, Finland or Munich, Germany; willingness to travel up to 10% is required.

What you will do

• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and pain points through interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and industry engagement.
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for hirify.global Radiance and hirify.global Spark with technology and commercial teams.
• Evaluate market developments, customer trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation initiatives.
• Define and validate new product concepts, MVPs, and future product opportunities, prioritizing investments by customer value and business impact.
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities for launches and major product updates while supporting customer engagements, procurement processes, and tenders.
• Align engineering, finance, legal, strategy, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve product and requirements management practices.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Quantum Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of product management experience, ideally with technical program or project management experience in hardware products or complex deep-tech systems.
• Strong business acumen and experience translating customer needs into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, including requirements, design, validation, production, and post-sales support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, prioritization, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from Espoo, Finland, or Munich, Germany, and travel up to 10%.

• Knowledge of quantum computing technologies, applications, and market dynamics.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation, semiconductors, advanced computing, or other deep-tech industries.
• Familiarity with public procurement, tender processes, or government-funded technology projects.
