Senior Product Manager (Student Safety)

Location: Hybrid role requiring several onsite days each week at the Austin, Texas headquarters near Dripping Springs, United States.

What you will do

• Manage products across the full lifecycle, from introduction and growth through maturity.
• Define product strategy, vision, requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Bring new products to market while balancing and improving existing products.
• Use lean and agile methods to experiment, measure results, iterate, and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, support, and leadership to deliver solutions for schools.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into student safety products and communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or product leader.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep interest in education and student safety.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, on-device agents, and networking.
• Experience with customer research, user story mapping, requirements definition, prioritization, and data-informed decision-making.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• SaaS, education, growth-phase company, or B2B product experience.
• Background as a developer.
• Background in counseling, psychology, mental health, or a safety-related field.
