CRM Marketing Intern

Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid); candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate there. Remote work is also possible.

hirify.global is a Berlin-headquartered European fintech providing B2B payment solutions through an API-first platform, embedded finance, and white-label credit card products.

What you will do

• Set up, launch, and manage automated CRM campaigns across email, in-app notifications, and direct mail.
• Create and adapt end-to-end customer journeys, run A/B tests, and optimize funnel performance.
• Review content, email design, segmentation logic, and campaign sendouts to prevent errors.
• Measure channel performance, report results, and translate data into optimization opportunities.
• Research CRM trends, AI use cases, and marketing tools, while coordinating localized workflows for European markets.

Requirements

• Strong ownership, motivation to build a long-term career in marketing and CRM, and a pragmatic hands-on approach.
• Analytical and logical mindset with an interest in funnel conversion rates and automation workflows.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Germany.

Nice to have

• Internship, coursework, or hands-on project experience in marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or another marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow tools.
• Experience using AI tools for copywriting, research, or automation.
• Interest or background in B2B, fintech, or SaaS; German or another European language.
