Field Marketing Manager, FED/State (AI SaaS): Planning and executing regional field marketing programs, events, webinars, executive programs, and account-based marketing initiatives with an accent on pipeline growth, customer engagement, and measurable campaign performance. Focus on coordinating sales and marketing stakeholders, managing budgets and vendors, and optimizing programs through attendance, lead, pipeline, ROI, and market data.
Location: AMER. Hybrid work model; employees within commuting distance of a office are expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time.

What you will do
- Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and campaigns supporting pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align programs with target accounts and go-to-market goals.
- Manage webinars, events, executive programs, and account-based marketing initiatives end to end.
- Own campaign logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder coordination.
- Track attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall program effectiveness.
- Optimize field marketing plans, processes, and tactics using performance data, sales feedback, and market insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience planning and executing regional events, webinars, account-based activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, including experience with timelines, vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events teams.
- Comfort using marketing, CRM, and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.
