Business & Technical Consultant - Transactional Functions (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design solutions for new developments with technical leads and architects.
• Analyze business requirements and processes and translate them into hirify.global-based solutions.
• Implement business functionality across the appropriate software layers.
• Improve reliability through automated testing.
• Own, maintain, and optimize assigned modules while collaborating with clients, product experts, delivery teams, and internal departments.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, programming, and database management skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and processes.
• Strong client orientation and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and structured approach in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Deep PL/SQL coding knowledge.
• Experience with hirify.global or similar banking systems.
• Knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Italian, German, or French language skills.
