TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Advising internal teams and customers on platform capabilities and technical integrations with an accent on solution design and API/SDK extensibility. Focus on partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive technical evaluations and maximize customer value through tailored demonstrations.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to St. Gallen or London for hybrid work (1-2 days/week)

What you will do

  • Act as the go-to expert on platform capabilities, best practices, and creative use cases.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver technical consultations and support customer evaluations.
  • Design tailored solutions and demonstrations to maximize customer value.
  • Advise on integrations with tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, and automation tools.
  • Deepen expertise in APIs and SDKs to solve complex technical challenges for customers.
  • Capture technical insights to influence product strategy and create enablement content.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from the St. Gallen or London office.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong technical curiosity combined with a commercial mindset.
  • Familiarity with design, automation, or collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Make.com, or n8n.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
