Lead Product Manager, Host (Car Sharing)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office each week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $174,000–$218,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Research host needs with customers and research, analytics, operations, and marketing teams.
• Translate insights into product priorities, roadmaps, and detailed specifications.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to build products for hosts.
• Own product decisions affecting the growth of hirify.global, hosts, and guests.
• Define key metrics and report product initiative performance to leadership.
• Advocate for host-focused product initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to prioritize, build, and ship high-quality software products.
• Strong judgment, self-direction, and ability to drive major initiatives autonomously.
• Ability to align diverse perspectives, manage competing priorities, and build consensus.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative inputs to define metrics and assess impact.
• Clear communication of product strategy, tradeoffs, and decisions.
