Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; in-office Tuesday–Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base pay annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and identify customer, market, and competitive opportunities.
• Create and prioritize short- and long-term product roadmaps using customer feedback, data, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support through product development, launch, and optimization.
• Lead user research, usability testing, KPI definition, and data-driven product improvements.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Assess compliance, security, and financial risks while leading and mentoring product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or lending.
• Strong understanding of mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and online lending products.
• Experience delivering features in technical, cross-functional environments.
• Strong prioritization, communication, influence, analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into detailed requirements and use product management tools and methodologies.
