Health Plan Strategy Lead (AI Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco office, 4 days a week

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform for family-led care, combining clinical oversight with technology to support caregivers and help health plans and government partners improve care delivery at home.

What you will do

• Design and document payor-facing home health programs, value propositions, pilot structures, and care model parameters.
• Model program economics, establish clinical and operational KPIs, and define ROI frameworks for health plans.
• Own business cases and entry strategies for new state markets, including opportunity sizing and competitive and payor landscape analysis.
• Research adjacent clinical verticals and populations, and develop initial program parameters and business cases.
• Research state healthcare regulations, Medicaid waivers, licensing requirements, and payor mandates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Clinical, leadership, and Program Managers to finalize and operationalize program blueprints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payor landscapes, state Medicaid regulations, home health models, and consumer-directed programs.
• Experience designing healthcare programs from scratch, defining value propositions and clinical and financial metrics, and building pilot or full-scale business cases.
• Strong regulatory analysis skills and experience navigating state-by-state compliance requirements.
• Structured approach to documentation, operational frameworks, and execution handoffs.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members, or readiness to build and lead a team.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience in a healthcare practice.
• Experience in strategic payor innovation or healthcare program design.
