Senior Consultant - Healthcare (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD base; OTE $250,000–$290,000

What you will do

• Lead discovery phases, facilitate client workshops, and configure workflows and AI agents on the platform.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes.
• Redesign complex healthcare workflows to create streamlined, AI-driven solutions.
• Own measurable outcomes such as speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
• Produce business requirements documents, process maps, and reusable delivery playbooks.
• Shape client engagements, support selling efforts, and lead consulting delivery from discovery through execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in the healthcare provider industry.
• Ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into platform-based configurations.
• Ability to lead structured stakeholder discussions and manage client expectations with executive presence.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools.
• Ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns.
