VP, Consulting - Healthcare (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $250,000–$350,000 USD base salary; OTE: $750,000–$1,000,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation engagements for healthcare providers.
• Design consulting methodologies covering discovery, requirements, workflows, governance, and change management.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define business cases, ROI models, success KPIs, and future-state operating models.
• Translate complex business requirements into workflows and automation on the hirify.global platform.
• Architect integrations across CRM, core systems, data platforms, APIs, ETL processes, and AI capabilities.
• Scale consulting delivery through reusable playbooks, process frameworks, quality standards, resource plans, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, operations transformation, or professional services.
• 4+ years leading large cross-functional delivery teams and 4+ years in the healthcare provider industry.
• Strong operational background with experience redesigning complex business processes and leading digital transformation using SaaS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, process improvement, AI-enabled change, BRDs, process documentation, and best-practice implementation.
• Experience deploying CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code platforms, plus knowledge of enterprise data architectures and integration patterns.
• Executive presence, consulting rigor, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining quality.

• Healthcare delivery transformation experience.
• Experience transforming operations across healthcare, insurance, financial services, HR, or go-to-market functions.
• SaaS implementation leadership, solution architecture, or CRM transformation experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience scaling a consulting or professional services function in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AI automation, intelligent agents, and process optimization frameworks.
