What you will do

• Own post-sale success, onboarding, and performance tracking for strategic biopharma accounts.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for commercial, field, access, and data stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure consistent client impact.
• Drive account retention and expansion by delivering tangible outcomes and insights.
• Develop scalable processes for managing high-value multi-workstream accounts.
• Evaluate new strategic partnerships and product opportunities in collaboration with the CEO.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in client strategy, delivery operations, or customer success.
• Background in life sciences consulting, data platforms, or digital health.
• Must be based in New York (all roles are in-person).
• Executive presence and ability to drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn SQL and low-code tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
