Technical Recruiter

Location: North Kingstown, Rhode Island, USA; hybrid. Remote candidates may be considered if they can travel regularly to the Rhode Island headquarters, recruiting events, career fairs, and other hiring activities. Relocation packages are available.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and operations leaders to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, business, and leadership positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and relationship-building.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a strong candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data, market insights, and candidate feedback to improve hiring decisions and search strategies.
• Experiment with tools, refine recruiting processes, strengthen employer branding, and improve candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting end-to-end in a startup, growth-stage company, or similarly dynamic environment.
• Ability to source and engage hard-to-reach technical and manufacturing talent.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ambitious hiring challenges.
• Data-informed decision-making combined with sound judgment.
• Preference for candidates based in the Rhode Island area or willing to relocate; remote candidates must be able to travel regularly to Rhode Island.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, software, or operations disciplines.
• Experience using recruiting technology, AI tools, or innovative sourcing strategies.
