Technical Recruiter or Senior Technical Recruiter (Aerospace/Deep-Tech)

Location: San Carlos, CA or Seattle, WA; applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals, or eligible to obtain required ITAR authorizations

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, operations, and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs, calibrate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
• Source and close candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, technical communities, and creative outbound strategies.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and leadership positions and conduct recruiter screens.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, recruiting metrics, and disciplined recruiting processes.
• Improve hiring efficiency, interview quality, candidate experience, and scalable recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for aerospace, defense, robotics, hardware, manufacturing, energy, or other deep-tech organizations.
• Proven success sourcing and closing highly competitive technical talent.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience using ATS platforms and managing recruiting metrics.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, ownership, judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
