What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from pipeline development through offer closing.
• Partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on recruiting practices.
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical and passive candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Provide guidance on market dynamics, compensation insights, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Streamline recruiting workflows and maintain accurate, reliable data in Ashby.
• Mentor teammates and align recruiting initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building strong technical teams in a high-growth company.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring partners and advise them effectively.
• Strong candidate communication and systematic process management skills.
• Understanding of recruiting data and metrics as tools for shaping strategy.
• Interest in technology, startups, and companies attracting top technical talent.
