What you will do

• Design and execute modern sourcing strategies using automation, data-driven prospecting, and recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain passive-talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, and G&A functions.
• Manage multiple requisitions, assess pipeline health, prioritize work, and improve interview-to-offer conversion.
• Develop talent maps and market insights to support engagement strategies and workforce planning.
• Represent the recruiting brand and promote inclusive hiring practices across the candidate funnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools, sourcing platforms, data extraction, or data-driven recruiting processes.
• Strong consultative, communication, stakeholder-influence, and candidate-assessment skills.
• Working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering and adjacent functions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.
