Product Manager (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia; onsite in the office 5 days a week

Base salary: $110,000–$113,000 USD per year, plus a potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product development backlog for a small engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align execution with enterprise software roadmaps and product strategy.
• Shape features through design sessions, mockups, UX reviews, and usability testing.
• Partner with engineering and business units to support smooth feature rollouts in an Agile environment.
• Apply AI tools and contribute to the strategic development of AI-powered platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting, including internships, research, capstones, or consistent employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven fluency in AI and LLMs, including strategic AI platform development and hands-on use of AI tools.
• Must work onsite at the McLean, Virginia headquarters 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
• Professional experience or multiple internships in a related field.
