Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the El Segundo, California headquarters; US citizenship required

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, delivery, and iteration for core platform areas.
• Conduct customer interviews, discovery calls, and on-site visits with engineers, manufacturers, and operators.
• Write requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Partner with engineering and design in a Lean/Agile environment to ship and improve software.
• Translate telemetry, procedure management, traceability, and AI-assisted workflows into reliable user experiences.
• Use analytics to measure outcomes and support adoption through sales, customer success, marketing, and customer-facing demos.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience shipping complex B2B, enterprise SaaS, industrial, or technical software products.
• Experience leading products end-to-end from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, written communication, and customer discovery skills.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, integrations, and real-time, high-security cloud or on-premises environments.
• Experience with data analysis, product management backlogs, documentation, presentations, and AI tools.
• Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, California, and US citizenship are required; future security clearance may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, space, defense, manufacturing, energy, robotics, aviation, or other mission-critical operations.
• Experience building AI/ML-enabled product features.
• Background with hardware, regulated or high-reliability environments, Lean Startup, Agile development, or fast-growing technology startups.
