Technical Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $143,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers and define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for customer-facing experiences.
• Lead projects that help internal teams become AI-native through tools, workflow automation, and process improvements.
• Align stakeholders on user experience, priorities, timelines, and product goals.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions.
• Track product performance metrics, make data-informed decisions, and report progress.
• Communicate product features and requirements to business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development processes and strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of UX design principles and technical concepts including databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cowork, or Codex for productivity and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Jira or Linear and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or a non-technical degree combined with relevant technical experience, coursework, or certification.
