Product Operations Manager (AI)

Salary: $130,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building an AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating documentation, discovery, and decision-making for services teams.

What you will do

• Build product operations infrastructure that connects customers, engineering, deployment, and go-to-market.
• Capture and synthesize customer feedback from deployment, sales, and Slack into structured demand themes by account.
• Define and instrument product metrics covering usage, adoption, product health, and pilot-to-annual conversion.
• Create dashboards and reporting that provide a real-time view of product performance.
• Run product syncs and other operating rituals, and document the vision, roadmap, and rationale behind initiatives.
• Partner with go-to-market and deployment strategists on positioning, product assets, launch readiness, and roadmap input.

Requirements

• 2–10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, business operations, or consulting, ideally in enterprise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with data and metrics, plus comfort with technical concepts and product tooling.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or ServiceNow, or with implementation methodologies.
• Experience establishing or scaling a product operations function.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup; coding is not required but is a plus.
