Key Account Manager (Digital Media)

Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia; hybrid working. Full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis are required.

hirify.global operates online vehicle marketplaces, with this role supporting the Machines4U account management team serving industrial machinery dealers and manufacturers across more than 12 industries.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with key accounts, including dealers, manufacturers, and relevant agencies.
• Develop and execute digital media solutions aligned with client expectations and objectives.
• Act as the key contact for membership, media, and advertising solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and create sustainable growth plans.
• Gather data and insights to prepare engaging presentations for prospective and current clients.
• Coordinate internal and external campaign activities to ensure effective delivery and meet advertiser expectations.

Requirements

• Track record of achieving sales targets and a strong understanding of digital media and marketplaces.
• Experience building sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Business development, pipeline management, and account management experience.
• Confident, articulate communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
• Positive, solution-oriented, inclusive, and interpersonal approach.
• Full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis and successful completion of a National Police Record check.
