Analyst II-Supply Chain and Logistics

Location: On-site in Blue Springs, Mississippi, United States. Candidates must have the right to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Manage daily logistics operations and oversee logistics providers to ensure on-time freight delivery.
• Provide on-site problem-solving and operational support to internal and end customers.
• Lead freight recovery, part returns, expedite recovery, and logistics-provider billing processes.
• Use daily KPI management to drive safety, quality, productivity, cost, and kaizen improvements.
• Apply FMDS, TBP, and JKK practices to continuous supply chain improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• At least 1 year of operational experience in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Project management experience, including schedule creation, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and deliverable execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and visualization skills for daily reporting.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of supply chain planning or operations experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Way principles, TPS Problem Solving, or hirify.global supply chain operations.
• Experience with hirify.global Logistics systems such as LIOS, FVM, TLMS, E-Kanban, or OWK.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Access and Power BI.
• Over-the-road logistics experience in automotive or other high-cost, high-volume environments.
