Order and Delivery Operations Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Troy, Michigan, United States. Travel of up to 10% is required. Applicants must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Annual base pay: $85,431–$128,146 USD.

What you will do

• Coordinate with Sales, SI&OP, and Manufacturing to allocate Consumer and Fleet vehicles across distribution channels.
• Allocate vehicles to delivery hubs based on hub capacity and capability.
• Place and monitor transfer orders for accessories from the 3PL warehouse to delivery hubs for accessorization and up-fitment.
• Coordinate service-parts transfer orders with delivery partners to address issues identified during transportation or Pre-Delivery Inspection.
• Monitor accessory inventory against sales forecasts and support operational planning.
• Develop and report KPIs covering vehicle dwell time, hub performance, and on-time delivery, while improving order and transfer-order processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business management, preferably in order management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is accepted.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or tools such as SmartSheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or scripting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, with attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods is required.
