Analyst, Clearing Area

Location: Blythewood, South Carolina, United States; onsite 4–5 days per week. Regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional business travel are required.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor inbound dock activity and material flow to support timely receiving and movement of materials to the appropriate plant locations.
• Identify, document, and analyze shipment discrepancies, damaged materials, missing parts, delayed deliveries, and misrouted items.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, suppliers, and transportation partners to resolve material flow issues and minimize production impact.
• Verify packing lists, purchase orders, shipment documentation, and system records to support receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Track exception trends, resolution timing, and material status updates while supporting root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Follow dock, warehouse, material handling, manufacturing safety, compliance, and internal control requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, dock operations, material flow, or a related supply chain function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may substitute.
• Working knowledge of logistics, receiving, inventory control, dock operations, or material flow in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory, warehouse management, ERP, or related logistics systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, prioritization, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Blythewood, South Carolina, 4–5 days per week, with occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, or other logistics and supply chain training.
• Experience with SAP.
