Analyst, Container Management (Automotive)

Location: Blythewood, South Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week onsite with regular in-person meetings and occasional travel.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

hirify.global is developing electrified, digitally enabled pickup trucks and rugged SUVs, including all-electric and range-extender powertrains.

What you will do

• Support planning, design, and implementation of container-management projects and concepts.
• Coordinate suppliers across transportation, infrastructure, packaging, scheduling, and equipment processes.
• Schedule empty pallets, containers, and transport frames while tracking delivery backlogs.
• Identify supply-chain risks and coordinate bottleneck countermeasures across departments.
• Maintain transport-container inventory data, process complaints, and initiate inventories.
• Steer empty containers between the Scout plant and supplier plants to maintain adequate supply.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in logistics or a production environment within the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complexity.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills and the ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Understanding of production environments and an affinity for working with complex IT systems.

• Experience with scheduling or pre-series logistics.
• Experience with process digitalization.
• Advanced degree.
