Staff Business Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, California, with a required presence in the Bay Area

What you will do

• Partner with functional leaders to shape roadmaps, business cases, intake, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead current-state and future-state process mapping, root-cause analysis, and gap assessments across Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, People, Legal, and emerging business areas.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process and data flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, product specifications, and sprint-ready backlog items.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Production Support, and vendors to evaluate solutions and deliver scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Lead requirements traceability, functional validation, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, training, adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
• Improve business analysis standards, production processes, controls, data quality, automation, and opportunities for AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Process, Product, Program, or comparable enterprise-systems professional.
• Track record of leading end-to-end business transformations across processes, technology, data, controls, and change adoption.
• Functional depth in at least one enterprise domain, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, People, or Legal.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and adjacent enterprise applications, integrations, analytics, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling, requirements elicitation, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and release readiness.
• Experience with public-company SOX, compliance, governance, audit, security, segregation-of-duties, and operational-control requirements; ability to maintain a hybrid presence in the Bay Area.
