Enterprise Systems Analyst, Advisor (Oracle Agile PLM)

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; hybrid work model with adaptable hours.

Salary: $108,960–$163,440 annual, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
• Manage enterprise SaaS applications, mission-critical process flows, data access, tables, and system databases.
• Design application extensions and tailored solutions aligned with functional business requirements, including embedded data security.
• Build complex reports and provide timely resolution or escalation of application and end-user issues.
• Plan and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, fixes, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Lead cross-functional teams addressing business and systems issues while monitoring application availability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Agile PLM experience is required.
• Advanced technical, analytical, communication, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing complex IT solutions, documentation, systems, tools, and process improvements.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and lead teams in an Agile DevSecOps environment.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP experience.
• Experience using AI tools, algorithms, and systems to solve problems, automate processes, and extract insights.
• Experience managing people and projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
