Systems Business Analyst (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, refactor, and maintain complex Java/J2EE enterprise web applications.
• Remediate software defects, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and deliver UI and application enhancements.
• Modify database routines, batch processing, application interface programs, and related schemas.
• Participate in daily Scrum activities, sprint planning, reviews, and two-week delivery cycles.
• Collaborate with product owners, technical architects, and IT leads on requirements, technical designs, estimates, and coding standards.
• Create technical specifications, system design documents, use cases, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of professional J2EE enterprise application development experience.
• 10 or more years of hands-on Java software engineering experience.
• 10 or more years of experience with IBM DB2 UDB database systems.
• State government IT development experience within the last five years.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE or a similar development environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum frameworks and Azure DevOps issue tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, or long-term care management systems.
• Experience with web architecture, HTML, scripting, relational databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with code refactoring, performance tuning, and UI enhancement initiatives.
