Principal Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Supply Plan (ASCP) - Remote

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 5% travel required.

Salary: $109,750–$182,900 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and support information technology and management information systems within Oracle eBusiness Suite.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to elicit, validate, and document requirements for application changes.
• Lead functional specifications, solution design, implementation, and support for Oracle EBS supply chain planning.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle EBS and upstream or downstream systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file-based interfaces.
• Partner with supply chain planning, operations, procurement, analytics, technical, and global teams to improve business and operational processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Supply Planning and provide technical leadership on Oracle configuration and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a senior or principal business analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain, including supply planning and planning insights.
• Experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) is required.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex issues into business language.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Value Chain Planning (VCP).
• Exposure to Financials, including GL, AP, and AR, and their interaction with supply chain planning.
• Experience using AI capabilities within Oracle EBS.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Cloud.
