Master Planner

What you will do

• Establish and implement business planning goals for advanced planning and scheduling across factories and subcontractors.
• Manage the available-to-promise process for backlog scheduling, targeting 95% delivery performance to first commit and 85% to customer request date.
• Coordinate current-quarter and next-quarter revenue status with business units using reporting tools, ERP planning, and shipping systems.
• Resolve master schedule capacity issues and allocate factory or technology capacity.
• Build relationships with factories, business units, sales, finance, and management.
• Design and improve supply chain planning processes, controls, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably 5–10 years in planning within the semiconductor industry or a related field.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a business major; an MBA or related master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven business and profit-and-loss experience, including the ability to develop and execute backlog and revenue management strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, relationship-building, motivation, and team-development skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, diverse cultures, and complex business priorities while maintaining a customer- and shareholder-value focus.
