Business Transformation Lead - Supply Chain Planning (Oracle Cloud SCP)

Location: Onsite in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia; limited domestic and international travel may be required. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on the role and business needs, with specific expectations shared during the interview.

What you will do

• Own and govern global Supply Chain Planning processes covering demand management and forecasting, supply planning, MPS, MRP, SIOP, inventory optimization, and safety stock policies.
• Define future-state process architectures aligned with operational strategy, lead-time reduction, customer delivery expectations, and global planning-center needs.
• Lead process blueprinting, baseline configuration, and validation for Oracle Cloud SCP modules, including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and SIOP.
• Drive adoption of standard Oracle Cloud SCP functionality, data integrity, configuration scalability, automated netting, and master data governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and other process owners across Plan-to-Make, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash value streams.
• Drive global alignment, decision-making, issue resolution, process improvement, standardization, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of business experience in Supply Chain Planning, SIOP Management, or related process domains.
• Proven experience leading global business process optimization and enterprise system implementations, with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong understanding of multi-echelon supply chain planning, material constraints, capacity planning, and related financial and operational impacts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Strong process mindset and ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous and transformational planning improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex planning scenarios to diverse audiences.

• Experience in highly constrained, high-tech, or capital equipment manufacturing environments.
