Program Executive, OEM

Location: Penang, Malaysia — on-site. Travel is based on business needs.

What you will do

• Process OEM customer purchase orders according to order-processing and pricing policies.
• Handle order changes and inquiries about products, pricing, availability, lead times, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support on-time delivery and achieve site KPIs, including timely commitment orders, on-time delivery, and revenue targets.
• Assist with demand forecasting, order-management reporting, audit requirements, and OEM revenue reporting for the Product Line.
• Use the MRP system and tools including SAP, WIPTrack, QlikView, Salesforce, and the RMA Portal.
• Track finished-goods inventory reserves, perform monthly RMA inventory counts for locations in the USA and Taiwan, and support procurement transactions, raw-component shipping, and debit notes for scrap material.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of order fulfillment or relevant work experience.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Macro or Power BI.
