FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning for the U.S. business.
• Prepare monthly financial packages, executive and board-level reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and headcount.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and variance analysis to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders and Accounting to align budgets, actuals, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Improve and automate planning tools and reporting processes while supporting investor relations, fundraising, and M&A due diligence.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience supporting a SaaS, software, or subscription-based business.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and cash flow forecasting skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, and churn, plus NetSuite and an FP&A platform such as Planful or Workday Adaptive Planning.
