FP&A Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $97,953–$125,588 base pay annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for bookings, ARR, revenue recognition, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Own GTM department budget models, including headcount planning, compensation modeling, and OpEx tracking.
• Support annual operating plans and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze actuals versus forecast and prepare variance explanations for stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders on investments, trade-offs, and growth initiatives.
• Develop SaaS and GTM KPI reporting and contribute to management, executive, and Board materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and models, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and payback period.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or RevOps and presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in applying emerging AI technologies to FP&A and scalable reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in a VC- or PE-backed, post-acquisition, SaaS and hardware, or SaaS and professional services environment.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or FP&A planning tools such as Pigment.
