What you will do
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for bookings, ARR, and revenue recognition.
- Own GTM department-level budget models, including headcount planning and OpEx tracking.
- Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
- Analyze actuals vs forecast and prepare variance explanations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to evaluate growth initiatives and investments.
- Develop and track GTM KPIs including pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong command of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
- Advanced Excel and complex financial modeling skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, or RevOps.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into narratives for executive and Board-level materials.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
- CRM familiarity, particularly Salesforce, in a GTM finance context.
- Experience with FP&A planning tools like Pigment.
- Background in cybersecurity, OT/ICS, or enterprise technology industries.
- Experience in VC or PE-backed environments.
