Manager, Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $171,500–$236,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead practical applications of scientific theory and complex processes for the product line.
• Lead research, development, implementation, and technical management of new products and enhancements.
• Work with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and address High Value Problems.
• Lead alpha engineering activities and manage alpha and beta product releases for the business unit.
• Participate in strategic planning that integrates research and development with unit and Product Business Group plans.
• Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers.

• Ability to negotiate with senior management, customers, regulators, and vendors to influence decisions.
