Product Applications Manager - New Product Development (CVD/ALD)

Location: In-person onsite at the Burnet, Texas facility

Salary: $125,500–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead New Product Development engineers and scientists in testing and validating ALD and CVD precursor products.
• Create design-of-experiment studies, oversee data collection and storage, interpret analytical datasets, and prepare technical presentations.
• Design and oversee precursor delivery test equipment, including in-situ monitoring, sample collection, and characterization.
• Operate, design, and perform cleaning-in-place activities for materials compatibility test equipment.
• Examine vessels after service, identify trends, and recommend hardware design improvements.
• Coordinate technical work with internal and external customers and submit intellectual property as needed.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience with CVD/ALD precursor applications.
• Successful managerial experience.
• Understanding of vapor pressure and solid delivery for semiconductor CVD/ALD equipment design and performance.
• Experience with IR, Raman, and NMR spectroscopy, ICP/MS, gas chromatography, microscopy, and surface analysis.
• Background in configuring, designing, and maintaining CVD/ALD precursor test equipment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of metal corrosion mechanisms.
