Senior Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with a requirement to come into the London office approximately once a month.

What you will do

• Produce robust analysis and actionable insights for product strategy, customer journey improvements, prioritisation, and roadmap decisions.
• Analyse customer behaviour across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and product usage.
• Define, monitor, and communicate customer, commercial, operational, and risk-related product metrics.
• Design and evaluate product experiments, feature releases, and customer journey changes.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines, dashboards, data models, and self-serve reporting tools.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing analysis and actionable insight across the product lifecycle.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and analysing data from complex sources.
• Experience with business intelligence, product analytics, or data visualisation tools.
• Experience defining product metrics, analysing customer behaviour, and using experimentation or controlled testing.
• Experience building or contributing to automated data pipelines, data models, and reporting processes.
• Experience as a Product Analyst, Senior Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytics professional in a digital product, fintech, banking, or consumer financial services environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with current accounts, savings accounts, investment accounts, or related consumer financial services journeys.
• Degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
