Technical and Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, document, and support end-to-end digital banking solutions addressing customer requirements.
• Analyze requirements and create specifications with software developers, partners, and customers.
• Recommend customization changes and address customer change requests.
• Follow solutions through delivery and transfer know-how to customer operations teams.
• Coordinate the project team, support the Project Manager or Product Owner, and explain customer requirements to developers.
• Define test cases aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in banking, financial services, payments, or digital banking.
• University degree in banking, economics, software development, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to understand, abstract, and specify banking processes and requirements using technical knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative and open-minded approach to multicultural and cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to have

• Technical background in software development or a related role.
• SQL data querying and analysis skills.
• Understanding of web banking products, server queries, and APIs.
