Engagement Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Base salary: $124,000–$151,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Own the full managed services lifecycle for healthcare clients, from onboarding and adoption through operations, renewal, and expansion.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, and operational leaders while establishing governance and success plans.
• Manage service performance, financial outcomes, contract scope, consumption, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery, cloud, database, interoperability, infrastructure, security, support, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Oversee SLA performance, upgrades, patches, escalations, and incident management for highly available clinical systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and executive communications after major incidents.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise client-facing roles such as managed services, SaaS, healthcare IT, consulting, or cloud operations.
• Experience supporting hirify.global healthcare platforms including IRIS for Health, HealthShare, IntelliCare, and/or TrakCare.
• Experience managing executive relationships and coordinating Product, Engineering, Operations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, DICOM, EHR ecosystems, clinical systems, and regulated environments with HIPAA or equivalent requirements.
• Strong financial and service management skills, including experience with subscription-based or managed services models.
• ITIL or similar service management certification and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
