Engagement Manager (NYC)

Location: New York, US; hybrid role with at least three days per week in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 OTE annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Compensation outside New York may vary with local labor costs.

What you will do

• Manage complex enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through live deployment, owning timelines, milestones, resources, and delivery quality.
• Act as the primary daily client contact and build partnerships with clinical and marketing executive teams.
• Monitor account health, maintain client satisfaction, and create mitigation strategies for healthcare-specific challenges.
• Partner with Account Managers on account strategy, growth opportunities, and the post-sale customer journey.
• Coordinate Solution Architects, engineering, and technical teams for account maintenance, technical enhancements, and call or chat functionality.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and collaborate with development, product, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager, Implementation Consultant, or client-facing Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing enterprise delivery projects, scope changes, daily client touchpoints, and executive escalations.
• Experience owning account health metrics and collaborating with commercial teams on account strategy.
• Ability to discuss complex technical solutions and coordinate with Solution Architects and engineers.
• Strong knowledge of project tools such as Jira and Monday.com.
• Required experience with SaaS offerings; healthtech or health system client experience is a significant advantage.
