What you will do

• Manage full P&L ownership of a renewed multi-year contract for a major hospital network.
• Drive executive-level engagement with the client’s CIO, CTO, and hospital leadership.
• Lead and govern blended delivery workforces of 150+ personnel, including FTEs and subcontractors.
• Integrate multiple service areas to provide a seamless customer solution and act as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee post-go-live stabilization and steady-state operations in a healthcare environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT managed services or Epic-enabled hospital operations.
• Must be based in Rhode Island or commutable within 1 hour (Greater Boston acceptable) due to frequent on-site requirements.
• Working knowledge of Epic EHR from an IT operations and delivery leadership perspective.
• Proven experience managing large B2B multi-year service contracts and budgets.
• Proficiency in ITIL-grounded service management.

• Background in healthcare IT consulting within a major Systems Integration firm.
• Experience building clinical informatics functions bridging IT operations and clinical workflows.
