Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bordeaux, Lyon, or Paris; hybrid work model with 2 days at the office and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Define the product vision and strategy for workplace resources, including rooms, desks, lockers, spaces, and office services.
• Own the roadmap, prioritize opportunities, make trade-offs, and coordinate platform dependencies.
• Translate workplace coordination challenges into simple, scalable product solutions and deliver features with Engineering and Design.
• Integrate booking experiences with workflows, tasks, and automation across the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, adoption, expansion, and revenue opportunities.
• Measure adoption, usage, cross-feature engagement, roadmap impact, and contribution to customer growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including pricing, packaging, and monetization.
• Track record of shipping impactful features end-to-end, from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap ownership, platform products, or integrations.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, communication, and pragmatic execution skills.
• Ability to use data, customer insights, and business context to make product decisions under uncertainty.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with booking, workplace, or asset-related products.
• Exposure to workflow or automation systems and mobile or mobile-first experiences.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Experience with frontline-oriented products or AI-powered features.
• Fluency in French and/or German.
