Senior Product Manager - Compliance (AI)

What you will do

• Define product strategy, vision, business cases, and roadmaps for data- and AI-driven SaaS products.
• Conduct client discovery interviews and translate pain points into prioritized product improvements.
• Design digital solutions, workflows, data sources, expected insights, and AI-enabled features.
• Define integrations through APIs and embedded widgets, working with UX on web solution design and client testing.
• Oversee roadmap delivery and product portfolio development in collaboration with business and IT.
• Lead cross-functional work with engineering, sales, marketing, support, clients, partners, and industry experts; potentially manage one or two product managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally launching or scaling SaaS or technology products.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
• Technical understanding of APIs, web backends, CMS platforms, frontend development, data technologies, and AI concepts.
• Functional knowledge of the financial sector and ability to turn complex data into valuable products.
• Experience working with development, sales, marketing, and support teams, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
