Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, United States; hybrid workplace with remote and office work depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Lead AI platform capabilities and evaluation strategy from product strategy through launch.
• Partner with product teams to identify, prototype, test, and de-risk emerging AI capabilities.
• Improve product development, experimentation, and evaluation practices for faster, higher-confidence decisions.
• Shape strategy around modern AI, agentic systems, and developer tooling.
• Translate customer insights about visual collaboration and problem-solving into natural, useful, and trustworthy AI experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver scalable AI foundations and customer experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience building successful B2B SaaS products.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Experience bringing agentic AI products or capabilities to market in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of agent architectures, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluations, and the tradeoffs between quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Excellent product judgment and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong partnership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.

Nice to have

• Experience leading innovation or new product discovery teams, rapid AI iteration, or derisking non-deterministic features.
• Experience with visual collaboration, spatial computing, or digital whiteboarding platforms.
• Experience mentoring product managers on AI product lifecycle best practices.
