Sr. Consultant - Life Sciences, Business Insights

Location: Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, or New York; must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization and must not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Base compensation: $112,600–$212,700 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver analytics and business insights consulting projects for Life Sciences sales and marketing functions.
• Simplify complex data and situations into actionable insights, recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Lead workstreams and transformation projects, manage small teams, and collaborate with clients to define goals and strategies.
• Develop AI-driven CRM strategies, personalized campaigns, and patient and healthcare professional engagement solutions.
• Support proposals, RFI/RFP responses, account growth, and identification of project expansion opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of consulting-firm experience in analytics and business insights management consulting within the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience in sales and marketing areas such as field sales, sales operations, brand marketing, omnichannel, market access, or patient services.
• Experience with clinical, claims, and specialty-channel data, including IQVIA or Symphony datasets.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Scala and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience using AI or GenAI for client transformation initiatives, plus strong quantitative, exploratory data analysis, consulting, and change management skills.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree, executive-level communication skills, workstream or small-team management experience, and willingness to travel 70%–80%.
