Senior Consultant (TS/SCI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; office attendance required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential clearance differential and discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop and implement custom software and AI solutions on the hirify.global platform for commercial clients.
• Work across the full project lifecycle, from defining and designing solutions through development and production implementation.
• Analyze client business processes and technical needs in an agile environment.
• Design relational data models, launch them in production, and develop integrations using APIs and web services.
• Identify AI use cases and implement RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative AI models.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and business users, mentor others, and drive client adoption of hirify.global process applications.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required for public-sector work.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development or technical consulting experience.
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience leading small teams through post-sale software implementation and gathering functional and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational databases, data modeling, SQL, software testing, REST or SOAP APIs, JDBC, and web services.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, application integration, developer tools, governance, or elastic containers.
• Experience with test-driven development, automated test suites, and continuous integration frameworks.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for customer engagements.
