Senior Director, AI & Business Transformation (US)

Location: US; willingness to travel within the US 20–30% is required.

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own VP-to-C-suite relationships across complex, multi-workstream transformation engagements.
• Design target-state operating models covering organization structure, decision rights, governance, measurement, investment frameworks, and field enablement.
• Lead multi-phase transformation programs, including work planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Use AI and agentic workflows to improve measurement automation, intelligent routing, dynamic scoring, and operating model design.
• Direct or build functional prototypes inside client processes to demonstrate transformation approaches.
• Build reusable diagnostic frameworks, blueprint templates, activation playbooks, and contribute to new business development.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services, including executive-level transformation leadership.
• Proven executive presence and experience leading C-suite working sessions independently.
• Deep experience designing unified operating models across governance, organizational design, data, measurement, investment frameworks, and enablement.
• Experience structuring multi-phase transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in designing operating models where AI is a core mechanic, plus hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows or prototypes or directing their technical execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or specialized credential is a plus.
