Director, Consulting - Healthcare (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 USD base salary annually; OTE: $400,000–$410,000

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Consulting to qualify opportunities and shape consult-to-platform go-to-market motions.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify healthcare workflow bottlenecks, high-value use cases, and future-state platform architectures.
• Own delivery roadmaps and production deployments of automated agents and workflows on the hirify.global platform.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, resources, timelines, and client outcomes from initial engagement through proven value.
• Bridge client requirements with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to guide platform evolution and enterprise adoption.
• Develop delivery frameworks and playbooks to scale platform consulting globally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at a top-tier consultancy or high-growth SaaS platform.
• Deep provider-side healthcare industry experience and a track record of managing complex client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional or technical delivery teams, including engineers.
• Ability to re-architect manual business processes into automated workflows and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience deploying CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code platforms.
• Understanding of data architectures and enterprise integration patterns, including APIs and ETL; experience with AI, automation, data platforms, or modern enterprise software.
