What you will do

• Design prediction models for the behavior and intentions of vehicles, pedestrians, and other dynamic agents.
• Develop mapping and localization algorithms using maps, onboard sensors, multi-sensor fusion, visual and lidar SLAM, and 3D computer vision.
• Build motion planning, decision-making, and vehicle control algorithms for safe and efficient autonomous navigation.
• Develop simulation platforms with sensor modeling, AI simulation, full-stack validation, and 3D world generation.
• Collaborate with perception, prediction, planning, and control teams to support autonomous fleet development.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, Computer Vision, Graphics, Machine Learning, Automation, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python, including knowledge of modern language features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Interest in innovation in the autonomous vehicle industry.

Nice to have

• Research published or presented at leading machine learning or robotics conferences.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Participation in open-source competitions or autonomous driving challenges.
